Nosto is a tool that makes it easy to deploy fully personalized and integrated onsite shopping experiences through product recommendations, content, merchandising rules, pop ups, search and UGC.

 

  • Initiated & Developed over 64 new strategic partnerships across the eCommerce industry resulting in a 66% increase in technology partner referred deals (from 2022-2023)

    • Collaborated with Nosto's partners to develop and implement effective positioning strategies that established a mutually beneficial partnership between Nosto, its partners, and our customers

    • Managed and continually improved tracking and reporting across all partnership channel tools, to focus on high-yield relationships (crossbeam, salesforce, notion, confluence)

  • Developed & executed streamlined processes for onboarding and cultivating relationships with Nosto's technology partners, enabling the successful scaling of these relationships

    • Ensured successful collaboration with Client Success, Business Development, and Product teams to develop strategic relationships and integrations that delivered maximum impact for Nosto’s clients and prospects.

    • Led cross-functional efforts to build a framework for tracking & predicting incremental revenue opportunities from integrations and strategic alliances with partners (lift studies)

    • Collaborated with external partners to facilitate seamless referrals by leveraging data insights & integration capabilities to capitalize on potential referral opportunities. Eg: Referrals from Tapcart (a mobile app developer for e-commerce merchants) close in 30 days or less, 2x faster than Nosto’s Av. Sales cycle

  • Evaluated, initiated, and project-managed at least 4 high impact, partner-led marketing activities per quarter

    • Generated over 2K impressions from partner-focused marketing activities in Q1 2023

    • Raised over $70K in sponsorship from our technology partner network for 2 events run by Nosto

A communications agency focused on brand experiences and amplifying them through strategic public relations and influencer marketing. Third hire in the NYC office - managing everything from client and partner relationships to project deadlines for the Mexican team of 30.

 

  • Co-created, managed and launched a sampling program for Vacation Inc sunscreen in 3 major cities simultaneously.

    • 13,911 consumers across Miami, New York, and Los Angeles sampled the product in 10 days

    • Hired and trained 10 Brand Ambassadors to locate and find consumers with the highest intent to buy.

    • Step in as a Brand Ambassador when one did not show up.

  • Created and presented event summary for Proximo’s Endless Summer activation at the Surf Lodge in the Hamptons, in partnership with the Young Patrons of the MOMA, The Whitney and The Ranch

A full-service digital marketing agency that specializes in delivering solutions to help launch, scale, and invigorate businesses of all sizes, industries, and revenue models. I was hired as the first Partnerships Associate and was quickly promoted to Partnerships Manager, just 6 months after my start date. Recognized as HawkeStar (Employee of the Month) in April 2021.

 

  • Initiated and developed 486 new partnerships across industries including SaaS platforms, other agencies, venture funds, and independent consultants.

    • Generated over 738 new opportunities for the sales team - valued at $3.1M in new monthly recurring revenue

  • Successfully hired and trained a West Coast Partnerships Manager, an East Coast Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Associate, while maintaining cost efficiency as the highest performing revenue channel at Hawke Media.

  • Managed and continually improved reporting and tracking across all partnership channel tools, using data to focus on high yield relationships and increase of AOV by 27% in 2020.

    • Hubspot - Continually cleaning partnership data to show growth and collaborating with other sales channels to determine and define lead sources, hand off processes and uniform reporting formats.

    • Partnerstack - Volunteered to interface with the development team to increase automation of commission payouts to our referral partners, as well as create a more user-friendly interface.

    • PartnerPage -  effectively worked with the team to create a fully automated partnership directory from scratch.

  • Generated 15-20 new opportunities for blog posts, backlinks, webinars, case studies and e-book features per month from partner networks to continually elevate and reinforce Hawke Media’s reputation as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Successfully assisted in raising 120K in sponsorship from our partner network for eCommerce Week LA 2020 - a virtual conference hosted in partnership with the City of Los Angeles (with over 7.5K registrants and 4.2K attendees globally).
